Cephalon, Inc. has promoted three executives, Kevin Buchi, Wilco Groenhuysen and Alain Aragues. Mr. Buchi will serve as chief operating officer, responsible for worldwide pharmaceutical operations, worldwide technical operations, investor relations and business development.
